Framed Landscapes from West of Ireland

Hello,                                                                                                                         My name is Seamus Caoilte, photographer and owner of S Caoilte Photography. Welcome to  Irelands magical landscapes.

My life is outdoors, my passion is for the outdoors and so, it is no surprise that my photography is shaped and infused by the outdoors. Landscapes, rivers, streams, mountains, sunsets, sunrise - all feature in my portfolio. My favourite time of day is - 'The golden hour'. The time shortly after sunrise or before sunset, during which daylight is redder and softer than when the sun is higher in the sky  and which helps to create the magical aspect to my pictures hence the name Irelands magical Landscapes.  

Storytelling through photography is a skill I have honed over time. I re-create memories & stories through photographic sequencing. I am a  founder  member of the Ballymote  Photography Group and  we have had two exhibitions to date, 2019 in Ballymote library and 2020  online to which we have had very positive  reviews and feedback. On both occasions  we got great support from the local press and had quiet a number of our pictures published.
